Private 1:1 Breathwork
Emotional Release Breathwork is a guided rhythmic breathing practice designed to calm the mind, release tension, and reconnect you with your body. Offering this to your employees provides meaningful, customized support for those navigating stress or emotional challenges.
Duration: 90 minutes
